Greetings to all visitors and supporters!
In order to make sure that OBPF carefully follows the guidelines and properly prepares required reports as one NGO foundation entity registered in Poland/EU region, we have chosen one well-reputed SPS Tax & Law to assist OBPF in related administrative laws and financial matters. OBPF 2018 Financial Report and required documents have been professionally prepared by SPS, and then reviewed, approved, signed by our current Board Members via ePUAP and submitted via eKRS during the weeks of the month of June, 2019.
As the President of OBPF, I purposely decided not to accept any donation or funding in 2018 after OBPF was successfully registered and approved by KRS on July 24, 2018. It’s my hope and principle to keep the clarity while I was diligently building necessary infrastructural frameworks for OBPF, such as setting up our website designs, internal team-building and communication, external services in legal and tax representations and donation payment gateways. As the founder, it’s my honor and duty to take up the initial expenses as my own contribution to this foundation.
OBPF tested our donation gateways in March 2019 and officially began to accept donations in April 2019. At this point of time as this post is written by me, OBPF has not officially made any expenses from its BNP Paribas Bank account while all donations accepted since April via DonorBox (PayPal) and P24 are collected in this OBPF only banking account.
I am writing this post as my hope, first to thank all the donors for your generous support, secondly to brief on this 2018 Financial Report, and finally to let our visitors know–
Although Oil Bottle Project Foundation seems to move in the “turtle” speed, we are indeed moving forward and toward our goals and mission. As the founder, I take my responsibility and mission very seriously and sincerely. OBPF, under my watch, will always value your supports in any form.
為了確保 OBPF 遵循在波蘭/歐盟地區註冊的非政府組織基金會的法規, 並準備好所需的報告，我們選擇了備受好評的 SPS 稅務法律事務所 來協助 OBPF 處理相關的行政法律和財務事宜。 OBPF 的 2018財務報告和所需文件 在2019年6月的幾週內, 經由 SPS 專業備文，然後由我們的現任董事會成員審核通過, 依照規定以 ePUAP 簽署, 並經由 eKRS 已提交波蘭國家法院KRS。
